Working weekends

After sleeping for over 10 hours, enjoying a proper Sunday breakfast with loads of scrambled eggs, coffee and freshly baked bread, I took 10 µg together with my partner. Since I’ve only been experimenting with doses between 6 and 8 µg and felt like that actually could be more than enough, I wanted to see what 10 µg felt like, as it seems like that is what everyone else is taking.

Both me and my partner have developed a bad pattern for our weekends, where we immediately start working, right after drinking the last drop of coffee. The weather was really bad and since we didn’t have other plans, we started working on one of our common projects that’s been lacking some TLC. I put on some music and turned the heat up.

After what felt like a while, we discussed that 10 µg wouldn’t be quite that pleasant while at the office. I felt a slightly higher body load, and noticed that it took longer to usual to figure out what I should do, because I managed to get myself into thought loops, wondering what meaning that one word could carry. I noticed the same pattern that occur on higher doses, where I have found myself staring at a white sheet of paper, and discovered that the texture of the fibers carries some form of meaning. That might be nice for meditation or just enjoying the moment, but it’s not that helpful while working with code, design or text.

After another while, I felt rather bored and considered myself done for the day. While 10 µg might not be perfect for working at the office, it’s certainly perfect for listening to music and having sex. So we did that the rest of the day instead.

Discovering what a great combination microdosing and sex is. Having sex on higher doses of LSD or other psychedelics can be fun — or it can be weird, as your partners face might be morphing into strange things while going at it.

Having to end it and go to bed.
