Lovely to Being Loved

The journey of a man starts with a child. The first thing a child gets in his life is Love. He never goes to that person who doesn’t love him or pretend the love towards him. Man is always hungry of love. Love, kindness, and interest develops the relationship between two or group of people. No one in life can achieve anything alone, he has to build relationship with others. No relation in the world can be created with out being interested in some one. Now the thing comes how to become closer and important to someone. There are two things or ways to do and each has different influence on relation building.

The first thing or perspective of people is try to being interesting, try to being nice. It will help people to influence and start conversation but who would like to talk with the person who actually talking about himself? Who has no actual concern with yourself but keeps talking about himself. Seeming to be interesting it the key to start engaging but what happens when you keep going in proving it? No one will listen to you. Do love and have love. As Dale Carnegie tells his story about his dog:

That is the reason why dog is known for being a loyal animal because it actually loves you, cares for you.

The Second this is being interested. Show passion, show love to others. Show them how much they really important to you. As in Islam, say Salaam (May you Live Long) Whenever you meet someone. This starts a first bonding process. Show care and pray for others and others will start feeling their selves important. The Author Dale Carnegie told about a salesman who had habit of greeting everyone on the door before going towards the manager. And that simple habit actually helped him to made them as his permanent customers.

Whenever you are applying in any company or going to meet someone first time. Try to tell them why they are important to you. How you thinks about him and in the end you will get whatever you are looking for. But the first thing is for being interesting try to become interested first. As there is a famous quote:

I have a vast number of social circle. I am with a lot of those people who has never ever met me, but we are within a contact for a number of years. This is how mutual friends are made. This not only increases your circle but also makes you feel important among them. If you have capabilities to continue the conversation, if you can explore the people so that means you are good in making friends. I did a small test to check this thing in myself, I started a conversation with a lot of people and tried to talk about themselves their lives and routines and I was astonished to see you people actually started giving me importance. That was went so long that I literally had to stop them by saying I gotta go, my mother is calling me for meal. Hahaha. But the result helped me to think that be social, be personal and keep giving importance.

So why we are talking about all of this, when we enter into professional life, as I mentioned in start, the life of a man starts from his childhood, the life of a professional starts when he first goes into an interview. And the analogy I want to make like as child attracts to those who really give importance, only those employees get their desired job in which they actually show interest. The interest which starts from your research which includes you dressing, your behavior, your questions, your suggestions and your feedback. In professional life try to add being interested thing. It starts from the passion you show in your interview and it will help you in the work field, in the professional meeting. To conclude all these things, I wanted to say, if you want to grow in your professional career, keep showing your passion, your interest and your Love ❤.
