Spread Kindness

Make the wall of kindness within your heart

It started from my childhood, when a old beggar(Fakeer) came to our home and looked into the door for some kindness and I brought some food from my mother to gave him. He smiled, recited some prayers and then went to his home.

It was a small act of kindness. It made me happy because when you share something with others and help others, it makes you alive. We all have kindness in our heart but somehow, we blurred it with all unwanted extra things.

We should not wait for someone to ask us for kindness but we always should find the ways to help others and show them kindness. For example: by pick up trash, say thank you, help someone in project work, free educational camp and counselling etc.

So, I decided to spread kindness and experienced the happiest moment of life when I felt being alive. Here is what I did;

I helped one of my fellow(dietitian) in renovating her clinic. I gave her ideas to make her clinic innovative and told her about two biggest media platform which helps fat people to loss weight in a unique way.

2. Facilitated a cousin in his studies

My cousin broke her laptop and was so needed a laptop for doing her project work for a day and helped her by giving my computer to complete her work.

3. Gave fruit to child beggars

Last Monday, I went to market for buying fruits and saw two children begging for food. I bought them fruits instead of money. So, that they can eat something healthy.

4. Guided a friend in admission process

One of my fellow, waited for his result for admission in MS Physics and her documents are not completed which is required for admission process. She asked me for help because she did not come to university. So, I went to the focal person and admission officer to get information about her admission and solved her problem.

5. Coached fellows in software installation

My Mathematics lecturer, gave my whole class SPSS software to install in our laptops but some of my fellows did not know the procedure to install the software. So, I helped my 5 fellows in installation procedure.

Kindness is ultimate source of happiness. There are infinite possibilities to spread kindness. We should not feel hesitation while showing kindness and helping others because without it we are lifeless.
