There are probably plenty of other reasons why you outgrow habits but I’m only listing 4.

Everyone outgrows everything, including habits. Outgrowth is something that is inevitable. You can’t avoid it and you can’t do anything to stop it. Outgrowth is apart of living. I didn’t realize any of this until I noticed that the habits I used to do a month are different from the ones I do now.

You outgrow habits because you improve and changed every day. You are never going to be the same person you were yesterday. What I mean by changing is having a different mindset, mentality, environment, or even goal each day. Habits are affected by this because the things you do is a reflection of who you are. It is your reflection because the things you do is your way of expressing and revealing yourself. So if you keep changing every day, slowly but surely, you will outgrow our habits.

Your mindset affects your habits because your mindset is your attitude and your mood. If you’re not in the mood to stick to your habit, chances are you’re not going to stick to your habit. If you’re in the mood to follow a different habit then chances are you’re going to follow a different habit. Your mindset helps fuel everything you do. So if you have a positive mindset, you’re going to have positive habits.

Your mentality affects your habits. Your mentality is your way of thinking. It is your way of reasoning. Your mentality is different from your mindset but they both have the same effect on your habits. If you have a positive mentality, you are going to have positive habits. Your mentality and mindset have the same effect on your habits because they both relate to the state your mind is in.
