23. On Getting Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Why?

I recently read an article saying that if you step out of your comfort zone every once in a while, you’ll develop grit, you’ll perform at your peak and you’ll have a greater sense of growth.

How?

By doing something you think you’ll never do in your lifetime.

By taking that leap.

By making that choice.

By asking that question.

Getting out of the bubble we’ve carefully created for ourselves also helps us develop experiences.

Experiences that we can tell our kids.

Experiences that will live with us everytine

Experiences that may open up doors for us.
